Fish Coconut Curry


Ingredients
  • Fish Fillets (Tikka Cut)- 6
  • Vegetable Oil – As required
  • Coconut (Grated) – 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Maida (Flour) – 2 tablespoons
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  • Grind together red chillies, ginger garlic paste, Lemon Juice & little water in a blender to form a paste. 
  • Add coconut powder and salt once paste is ready and mix all together.
  • Take fish fillets, clean with water and dry them. Make little gashes on fish pieces and apply maida flour on the surface. Keep them aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After that apply mixture paste on the fishes and shallow fry them in oil on medium heat till they turn crisp.
  • Enjoy it with Coriander Chutney.
